The poor guy was on tempo to run a 37 minute 10K and was on his hands and knees in the grass retching. ENERGETIC is the leader in on-line event registrations from 5k running races and marathons to softball leagues and native events. I figured I might take her out whereas I warmed up, let her run one interval with me, then drop her off to complete my run.
