5k mud runJust a few weeks again I wrote about my good clean bubble run Whereas getting clear and sudsy during a 5k was enjoyable, life is about stability. The 5K/Meathead Mile course is the 5K with an extra mile of obstacles and working by way of tough terrain. I plan on attempting to get in some velocity work on the track over the subsequent few weeks to try and get over the hump of shaving the last 30 seconds off my 5K tempo and squeaking in under 22 minutes earlier than the summer time ends.
